Alabama

Well I figured it was time to post about our trip up to Alabama. It was pretty neat to see my little brother get married! I know him and Malorie will be so happy.
Our journey began though in Denver were Nick was able to support his sister and help with the beautiful blessing of her son Kooper.
After Denver we headed out to Alabama were we began to get ready for the wedding. We were met up by my sister Britten and her family from PA. It was so good to see them and spend time together.
We also got to meet Malorie's mom and sister who are of course so awsome! We then got the awsome opportunity to see the sealing of Nathan and Malorie in the Birmingham Alabama temple which of course was beautiful.
Well that pretty much sums up our ventures here are some pics enjoy!

Boston/Halloween

So we had the opportunity to go up to Boston for a couple of days with my parents. So we thought we would head over to Salem since it was so close to Halloween. We had a GREAT time. Salem was so much fun and it was so festive. We took a trolley through the city to see all the great sites of that old city! Then we walked through the mall they have there. After we went out to this light house that was so pretty. The colors were amazing.
The next day we went to downtown Boston, were we took another trolley around the city. It was so cool seeing were our country began! We went to the USS Constitution which is the oldest Navy ship still commissioned. It was neat seeing how things have changed over the years with the Navy. I thought it was cool that it is maned by enlisted navy men what a crazy duty station.

We arrived home on Halloween after noon and quickly got dressed and headed over to Nana's house for yummy pizza and trick or treating with cousins.

Then we went back on the tractor. We then went and walked around the village, it was so festive and there was music so the kids danced there hearts out. It was a great night.

Lake Powell

Every year we get to go to this beautiful place with my family. I absolutely Love it. It is so peaceful and nice to get away from the stresses of the world if even for a couple of days. This year we went up to Rainbow bridge twice, which was great my kids loved it there.
They even got to see a dinosaur foot print which they thought was so cool.
I even got to go wake board even though I am not that great I did get up on my first try! However I forget how old I am until the next day when I could not move. But you have to love it anyways!!
Domanik this year was quite the fish, we could only keep him out of the water long enough to eat or fish him self, he caught so many fish we actually lost count. He also loved to go down the slide on the house boat. Abbi was not quite the fish this year but she loved playing in the sand and helping grandpa drive the boat.
We were all sad to leave, but I just remember we will be back again next year!

pictures

Well I did it I actually cut my little girls hair short!! She has been fighting me every time I would try to do her hair. Then after fighting with her she would pull out what ever I did, so I cut it short I was really nervous at first but I think that in the end I really like it! Here are some pics:
Also I have wanted to do this picture with my kids and finally went down to the temple and took it. I really like how it turned out
And since I already had my camera out we took some more fun pic's!
